Spinning for Beginners

Join us for a beginners learn to spin class every other Thursday at Goodwick

(other days and venues are available by prior negotiation)

We will provide all the necessary equipment or you can bring your own if you wish

SOCIAL SPIN

We host fortnightly social get togethers for spinners in the Pembrokeshire area. This just allows us to share ideas and each others company with coffee cake and a chat while we spin.
